yes. i attended a country music concert. in texas.

now, before you judge, there’s a few things you should know:

1. the tickets were free. my friend matt’s dad works for a country radio station.

2. i had been in class ALL DAY and it was a thursday night, nothing to do. i needed to get out of the apartment.

-and most importantly-

3. we drank almost a full bottle of columbian liquor between the four of us, making the evening all the more entertaining.

there were cowboy hats everywhere. and i learned that life in the south is all about: whiskey, pick up trucks, that “texas country girl” that broke your heart, and more whiskey.
